ThermaSpan® Insulated Panel

Features and Benefits

All-in-one Insulated Panel

ThermaSpan® insulated panels incorporate a metal roof and ceiling finish, with a core thermal insulation, making it ideal for patio enclosures and carports. ThermaSpan® insulated panels double metal skins contributes to its high span to weight ratio, making it also ideal for any domestic, commercial and industrial application.

The fire retardant EPS-FR insulated core provides thermal insulation that also acts as a barrier to condensation as well as assisting to reduce rain noise.

Light Weight

ThermaSpan® insulated panels are up to 1000mm cover width. This makes the panel lightweight, quick and easy to install.

Roof Profiles

ThermaSpan® insulated panels are available in traditional Stramit® Corrugated or the versatile Stramit Monoclad® metal roof profiles. Both panel profiles can be ordered in a range of colours to suit personal taste and project requirements. The underside of ThermaSpan® insulated panels is available in a smooth off white steel metal finish, or they can be ordered with an optional Stramit® Corrugated profile.

Two pre-cut longitudinal wiring holes are available in each panel, making cable access safe and easy. The panel ends are also available with a standard 50mm gutter cut back, making installation simple and minimising the need for on-site modifications.

Long Spans

ThermaSpan® insulated panels have excellent span to weight ratio, minimising unsightly support beams. Single spans up to 7m unsupported are achievable, making it ideal for large roof applications. Refer to span tables for more information.

Easy To Clean

ThermaSpan® insulated panels metal finish enables easy cleaning and the effectively designed join is resistant to dust and mould growth, making it ideal for domestic and commercial applications.
