These Terms of Use apply to each Stramit (including Morinda Australia Pty Ltd, FBSOL Pty Ltd and FBHS (Aust) Pty Ltd) trading account customer (Customer) and its personnel (including its officers, employees, contractors, consultants and agents) (Authorised Personnel) who access the Stramit Customer Portal whether via the primary account or customer created sub-accounts.
To access the Stramit Customer Portal service and content, a Customer must complete the registration process.
You can request registration online via our registration form or by contacting your Customer Service representative who can assist you with the online registration process.

A Customer is only entitled to register one primary account on the Stramit Customer Portal. The Customer is responsible for authorising and managing that primary account, and any user sub-accounts it creates, on the Stramit Customer Portal. A Customer may update, edit or terminate its primary account (and any customer created sub-accounts) at any time.
Customers agree to be responsible for the acts or omissions of their Authorised Personnel.
You must be over the age of 18 years to access the Stramit Customer Portal.
No costs are payable to register to use the Stramit Customer Portal, but you are responsible for any costs incurred in using the Stramit Customer Portal, including any charges imposed by their internet service provider.
Unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you in writing, all quotes issued and purchase orders accessible via the Stramit Customer Portal are governed by Stramit’s Terms and Conditions of Sale, a copy of which you would have received when you opened your trading account and which are available at stramit.com.au/terms-and-conditions.
Stramit will use its reasonable endeavours to prevent any unauthorised entry into the Stramit Customer Portal. However, neither Stramit nor any of its related bodies corporate (including without limitation Morinda Australia Pty Ltd, FBSOL Pty Ltd and FBHS (Aust) Pty Ltd, Fletcher Building (Australia) Pty Ltd or Fletcher Building Ltd) will be liable for any direct or indirect liability, damage or loss whatsoever incurred by a Customer if any third party gains unauthorised access to the Stramit Customer Portal.

Stramit has made every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of information provided on the Stramit Customer Portal, however, errors and omissions may occur. Stramit does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of information displayed on the Stramit Customer Portal, and neither Stramit nor any of its related bodies corporate (including without limitation Morinda Australia Pty Ltd, FBSOL Pty Ltd and FBHS (Aust) Pty Ltd, Fletcher Building (Australia) Pty Ltd or Fletcher Building Ltd) will be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect, liability, loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on the Stramit Customer Portal. You agree not to “data mine” or “data scrape” any of the product information, pricing or portal functionality displayed on the Stramit Customer Portal for any purpose, and whether by electronic or any other means, whatsoever.
You may access information on the Stramit Customer Portal in connection with purchasing goods from Stramit but otherwise neither the Stramit Customer Portal, nor any material on it, may be altered, modified, reproduced, transmitted or distributed without Stramit’s prior written consent.

If Customer does create a hyperlink to the Stramit Customer Portal, Customer is responsible for all losses Stramit or any of its related bodies corporate may suffer as a result of that link, whether direct or indirect. Linking to the Stramit Customer Portal is at the Customer's own risk. The Customer agrees that will not frame any part of the Stramit Customer Portal by including advertising or other revenue generating material.
